• High School Swimming Summary
It was a difficult year for South Jersey high school swim teams in terms of winning state championships, but certainly not for the individuals. Team-wise, Haddonfield’s boys’ squad was the only school from the seven-county South Jersey area to win a state title. The Bulldogs were the Public B winners.
• Wrestling Wrap-Up
What a year it was for Paulsboro’s wrestling program. The Red Raiders finished as the consensus top team in South Jersey, won yet another state title during a 24-1 campaign, produced the all-time leading winning wrestler in area history, and capped the season off by having two individual state champions.

South Jersey Magazine ranks the best golf courses in our area, from here to the Shore.
One of the reasons golf is such a beautiful game is that behind every slice off the tee that sinks into a bunker, a 40-foot birdie might be waiting just around the corner—redemption on the very next green. Each swing of the club brings hope and promise and puts past frustrations in the rearview mirror, if only temporarily. And with a bevy of fantastic courses dotting our landscape, even on those days when you're not playing up to par, there really is no such thing as a bad round of golf in South Jersey.
• Head Games
For athletes, concussions are a risk of the game. A growing number of local high schools are treating the issue of head injuries with newfound seriousness, proactively protecting their young players.
All quarterbacks—whether they peak in high school, go on to play at the college level or even win a Super Bowl—have their war stories. Frank Delano is no different.
