Some parents bring their children to Disney World, others to a posh skiing destination. Not Harvey Snyder. For more than 25 years, the South Jersey doctor has taken his family on an annual trip to China, Laos, Vietnam or another Asian country. The format of the two-week trip is always the same: one week spent sightseeing, the other doing community service, like offering free health clinics to those in need.
